Undaunted was formerly the Gatekeeper of Four Hills. She lost the position when the alpha Ellian lost his position to a Silver Fang, Glory's Tide. Glory's Tide was angry with her for allowing Calls the Hunt to remove Pearl Carey and for allowing Ronald Carey's pack to leave with the metis infant Njall. Her place was given to another without sufficient experience, who failed to defend the caern heart when it fell. Undaunted raised the caern heart's defences, then braved a spirit-swarmed moonbridge to warn others and fetch aid, closing it behind her forcibly.
